Overall, it was a good mix of activities, and my kids definitely found a few things they enjoyed. Some parts were way more engaging than others though?? A couple of areas just didn’t keep their attention for very long. Not a bad experience at all, just felt like it could be a bit more consistent.

I couldn’t use this properly because the accessibility felt really lacking. It was frustrating, especially since I expected it to be easier to navigate. I’m hoping the team takes this seriously and at least acknowledges the issue with an apology.

The whole session felt way too short. We booked thinking we’d get a decent amount of time, but by the time the kids had actually settled in and started enjoying themselves, we were already being moved along.
For what it cost, I really expected more. We left feeling rushed and annoyed, to be honest. I don’t think I’d bother going back unless they seriously sort out the session length.

The kids did enjoy it, so I’ll give it that, but it just felt too pricey for what it was. I kept thinking the whole time that it should’ve cost less. It wasn’t bad, but for the money, I expected more. Just felt a bit overpriced, and that’s really my main issue with it.

The party just wasn’t great for us. It felt rushed and a bit all over the place, and the staff didn’t really seem that bothered. The kids got bored quickly, which was disappointing. I don’t think we’d book again.

I took my two kids on a Saturday after grabbing coffees on the way, and it was okay. My younger one had a great time and kept running off to try everything, but my older child was kind of over it quickly and started asking when we were leaving. A few of the areas really seemed geared toward smaller kids, which is fine, just not ideal if you’ve got a bit of an age gap like we do. We still had a nice enough day, and the weather was randomly perfect, but I’d probably check ahead and make sure it fits your kid’s age before going.

Tried to book a room and the page just kept freezing. I’d refresh, start again, get a little further… then stuck. Did that a few times and just gave up. Frustrating

I had a good time with it overall. The interactive parts were genuinely fun, though just from the way some of them worked, I got the impression they maybe hadn’t been fully tested or polished yet. A few bits definitely felt like they needed fixing, but when it worked, it was enjoyable

I didn’t feel very comfortable during my visit. The staff came across like they were annoyed when I asked basic questions, which made the whole thing feel awkward. I get that everyone can have an off day, but it definitely made me a bit cautious about going back. If I’m spending my time and money somewhere, I want to feel like I can ask questions without being treated like a bother.

When we visited, the place just didn’t feel very clean to me. The toilets and floors seemed grubby, and I kept wondering if it was just us noticing it or if others felt the same way.

Checked out the cafe at Imaginethat and, not gonna lie, it was just alright. The food came out quickly, but it was a bit bland and felt pricey for what you actually get. The coffee was decent though, so that helped. I’d say it’s fine if you’re already there, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I took my 6 and 8 year old, and they were definitely into it at the start. They got stuck in right away, especially with the bits they could do hands-on, which was nice to see. After a while though, they started drifting off and I had to keep nudging them to stay involved. It wasn’t bad at all, and there were a few little moments they enjoyed, but I thought it would hold their attention a bit longer

The supervision didn’t feel very solid to me, and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my kids there again, if that makes sense.

From what I remember, the kids did enjoy it for a bit, but I was expecting a lot more in terms of learning. It felt more like random play than something actually educational, and looking back, I don’t think it was really worth the price

The crowd control was a mess. Lines were forming everywhere, nobody seemed to know where to go, and the staff looked just as confused as the rest of us. We had the kids with us, so it got stressful quickly instead of being fun. At one point we were seriously talking about just leaving, and if it’s like this again, we probably won’t come back...

I went here with my kids the place felt really neglected. The toilets were messy, a few things looked broken, and it didn’t seem like anyone was keeping an eye on things. I thought about saying something to customer service, but based on how little seemed to be getting done around the place, I didn’t have much confidence they’d actually do anything about it

The experience was okay at first, but once it started raining, everything kind of fell apart. I didn’t really know what was going on or what the plan was, so I felt left in the dark. The bad weather definitely spoiled it for me.
